Light House, Oasis, Kedros Rooms, Zanetos
There are several hotels in close proximity to the spot: Light House, Oasis, Kedros Rooms and Zanetos. All of them are quite similar, with the choice of bigger or smaller rooms, seaview or not. Oasis 3* has more comfortable renovated rooms with shared or private pools.
The rest are 2* hotels but very nice and cozy. All rooms are equipped with basic amenities. Some rooms have a fridge and a kettle. The Light House has rooms with an electric stove.


The hotels are located in a very peaceful area within a 5-minute walk from windsurfing stations. There are two grocery shops as well as clothes, souvenirs and windsurf accessories. Two restaurants and a fast food track. Zanetos has a small coffee shop with a nice chill out zone. WiFi is also available.


For other villages, restaurants or tourists attractions you will need to rent a car or a scooter. There is also a public bus that can bring you to some places.

Pros - This type of accommodation is perfect for those who want to concentrate on windsurfing and live as close as possible to the station.
Cons - You will need a car/scooter to get anywhere else. Lack of evening entertainment.

Small cozy village Kattavia is located 7 km from the seaside and from the spot. There is a free shuttle service to the station (for those who live in Prasonisi Club) or a hitch hike possibility. There are several restaurants and two small grocery shops in the village. In the evenings, all restaurants are open and everyone is having fun. Only locals and surfers here, nice atmosphere.

Prasonisi Club
A fairly simple 2* apartment hotel with breakfast in the village of Kattavia, close to the center. All rooms are equipped with kitchenettes and bathrooms with showers. The hotel consists of several buildings; some do not have Wi-Fi, but you can always come to the chill-out area in the main building, which is a two-minute walk away. There is a free shuttle service to the Station.

We offer the option of booking Prasonisi Club rooms without prepayment.


Assimenis Cottage
The hotel is similar in class and price range to the Prasonisi Club. Cosy and very quite, located on the outskirts of the village, it does not organize transfers to the Station, but this isn’t much of an issue in Kattavia (you can easily hitchhike). Every room also has a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.

Villas
Several newly built, fully equipped villas with swimming pools are available in Kattavia. You can easily find them on various booking platforms.

Pros - It is possible to do without a car, it is relatively inexpensive compared to the hotels around Prasonisi, and a few restaurants are open in the neighbourhood.

Cons - Not on the seaside, about 7 km away from the Station. No Wi Fi in some accommodations.

Atrium Prestige 5* Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

Nice option for lovers of breakfast champagne, beautiful pools, beach and great service.

5-star Atrium Prestige Hotel, located about a 15–minute drive from the Station, which has also become a favourite for many of our students.
A large, beautiful hotel on the seashore, well deserving of its 5 stars. There are ordinary rooms with Jacuzzis and glass balconies. There are also villas with swimming pools. A large buffet for breakfast; a buffet or restaurant for dinner. Saunas, swimming pools, and massage. Evening events for children and adults, a cocktail bar, and conference halls for presentations.

There is a free shuttle service to the station. Ideal for holidays with family and children.
The cost also varies depending on the type of accommodation and the season.

Pros - Everything you need for a wonderful holiday in a 5-star hotel on the coast, and you can do without a car.

Cons - Not for every budget, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the Station

The hotel is located in a beautiful bay. This is also a 5-star hotel; their credo is sports, so various sports entertainment and animation for children and teenagers is available. There are swimming pools with slides, saunas, playgrounds, massages, and interactive entertainment on its vast territory. Ideal for kids!

There is no transfer from the hotel to the Station, so you will have to use a car or scooter to get to us.


Pros - Great beachfront hotel with different entertainments, perfect for a family holiday with kids.
Cons - Some form of transportation is necessary, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the Station.

The village is located near the sea, with a nice beach, about 30 minutes' drive from Prasonisi. A fairly large village with restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and many accommodation options both inside the village and on the beach. Here you can find the most budget-friendly options, but you will have to rent a car.

Christiana
One of the most budget-friendly apartment options, with very nice rooms. The rooms have kitchens and bathrooms with showers. Multiple rooms apartments are also available. We can book this apartment for you or give you the contacts.

Gennadi Gardens
Of the many hotels and apartments, our students liked the hotel-apartment Gennadi Gardens the most. There are three swimming pools on site. All rooms have kitchens and bathrooms with showers. Apartments with multiple rooms and villas with private pools are also available. We can book this apartment for you or give you the contacts.

Pros - You can find a budget option, suitable for family holidays, and there is always something to do in the evenings.
Cons - Far from Prasonisi, a car is needed.

Other hotels and villas from Prasonisi till Kiotari

There are plenty of accommodations you can find on the booking platforms, such as Booking or Airbnb. You can have a look from Prasonisi/Kattavia (near the station) till Kiotari (ca. 30 min drive from the station).

How to get from the airport to the hotel?

There is approximately 1,5h drive from the Airport to the South of Rhodes. A Taxi will cost you around 100-150 Euro one way. So sometimes is actually cheaper to rent a car or a scooter. There are also many tourists attraction worth to see. In high season better to book a car before the trip.

Or go by public buses, from the Airport to Rhodes Town and then to Gennadi/Kattavia/Prasonisi. It takes longer, but it’s the cheapest option if you don’t want to rent a car.
